Shipping Locations

We deliver across all counties in Kenya. For areas outside our regular delivery routes or for international inquiries, please reach out to us directly for custom arrangements.

Delivery Time

• Nairobi & surrounding areas: 1–3 business days

• Major towns (e.g., Mombasa, Kisumu, Eldoret, Nakuru): 3–5 business days

• Remote or hard-to-reach areas: 5–7 business days depending on courier access

Once your order is processed, we will send a confirmation and expected delivery schedule.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your delivery location and the size or weight of the items.
For large volume or wholesale orders, please contact us for a tailored delivery quotation.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be handled on the next business day.

Delivery Methods

We use reliable logistics partners and our own delivery team (within Nairobi) to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. You’ll receive updates via SMS or email once your package is on the way.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If there’s any damage or missing items, notify us within 24 hours. Provide photos and a clear description of the issue via email or WhatsApp. We’ll promptly investigate and offer a replacement or refund.
